A Hamburg practice for people mid-switch
Informationsystems exists for one job: employment consulting in Germany that treats an industry change as a concrete transition — applications, interviews, and the first months in a new workplace.
Origin
The practice began after years of watching capable specialists stall when they left familiar sectors — retail for logistics, hospitality for healthcare administration, banking for energy project support. The obstacle was rarely effort; it was translation. German employers needed to see transferable decisions, and candidates needed a plan for the weeks after the contract was signed.
We work from Hamburg (Heimfeld) with clients across Germany by video. Sessions stay small and personal: you meet the same practitioner through intake, document feedback, and early-job check-ins.
Working approach
We do not promise placements. We prepare you to explain a sector jump honestly, choose roles your evidence can support, and enter the new workplace with a 90-day map instead of improvisation.

Honest narrowing
We will tell you when a target title needs experience you do not have yet, and suggest adjacent roles that still move you into the new field.
