These terms govern use of the Informationsystems website and consulting engagements offered for employment consulting in Germany.
Acceptance
By accessing informationsystems.digital or engaging our consultations, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.
Services described
Content on this site describes consulting services for candidates changing industries, including onboarding guidance, application document work, interview preparation, and early-job orientation. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope is confirmed only in a written engagement note after we accept your request.
No employment guarantee
We provide advisory services. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or continued employment. We do not act as a recruitment agency placing candidates with employers unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Informationsystems. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission. Materials we prepare for you during an engagement (such as feedback notes or plan templates) are licensed for your personal career use; redistribution as a product is not permitted.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for decisions you make about employers and contracts, and for obtaining independent legal advice on visas, work permits, or employment contracts when needed. We do not provide legal advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Informationsystems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from career decisions you make after consulting with us. Our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may update or remove content without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Hamburg shall have jurisdiction where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
