Data we collect
When you submit a contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, message content, consultation preference, and any timeline or career details you choose to share. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and access time for security and technical operation.
Purposes and legal bases
We process contact data to respond to inquiries and to perform or prepare consulting contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process technical logs based on legitimate interests in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we use non-essential analytics cookies, we rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the consulting relationship and thereafter as required by commercial and tax law in Germany (typically up to 10 years for invoicing documents). Cookie consent choices stored in your browser remain until you clear local storage.
Recipients
We use hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
International transfers
If tools or hosts transfer data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards recognised under the GDPR.
Your rights
