How the engagement runs
Week 1 — Intake and constraints
We document the industries involved, your German language comfort for workplace settings, location limits, and salary floor. You leave with homework: three concrete decisions from your past work.
Weeks 2–3 — Role map and narrative
We narrow titles that fit your evidence, then rebuild how you explain the switch so German hiring managers hear proof, not apology.
Weeks 4–6 — Application dry-run and 90-day plan
We stress-test your story against likely interview questions and draft checkpoints for your first months once you accept an offer.
Preparation
Bring a current Lebenslauf, two recent job descriptions that interest you, and notes on why you are leaving your current field. If you already have interviews scheduled, tell us the employer and role so we can prioritise practice over exploration.
Pricing basis
Engagements start at €890. Final quotes reflect number of sessions, document volume, and whether meetings are in Hamburg or fully remote. Deposits and cancellation terms are in our refund policy.
